My user redirected to System32\config\systemprofile, how to solve it?

i have avg icon not showing up in tray but is runnning in task manager,
some programs are not working right, thunderbird needed to be reinstalled,
i had it backed up to g drive ext hd, and copied most back to it

 

i think..desktop keeps going back to large icons ..firefox keeps asking whether to make it default even tho i tell it to and uncheck notfiier every time, it's like it is ..i dunno probably have to reformat it? ehhh so much on it

well there seems to still be a few glitches like the text i m looking at seems a bit odd like older looking like windows 98 looking almost..and firefox still doesn't remember to not ask me but most programs and all are pointing to the right place, and some i just need to run for it to remember where i left off..the icons some in the tray are not automatically showing up like avg ..seems about 20 or so running tasks are not present in the task manager anymore ..i think this all stemmed from a flash player fake update..avg said it was a virus?
