My username and team number are erased!?!

About a month or so ago, I asked for help in this thread. I wanted suggestions for a good console-only client monitor. I installed FahMon, as suggested in the thread, and have been very happy with it. But now I am confused.

After submitting my first WU, FahMon now shows the username field as blank, and instead of the MG team number in the team field, there is a 0. I'm puzzled. Will my current WU not count towards the MG total? Will I get credit for it even though my username is not there? Is this just a dumb glitch in FahMon?

 

All I can say is to check your client's info to make sure it's still there, it's never happened to me but...Since it's a '0' then you won't get credit for it but will go into the general pool.

 

Hm... I checked all the log files, and double-clicked on fah6.exe, but I can't find the info anywhere. I'm a little concerned now.

Edit: did a bit more digging, and the user statistics page recognizes that my laptop is folding and has downloaded a WU recently. I'm hoping that means it's just a glitch in FahMon.

 

Should say in your log Mimsy, not sure what causes the glitch but happened to me once or twice on my old dell with the graphic client.

 

I'm considering reinstalling the client, and reconfigure it, since the information still isn't in my logs. I'm researching it a bit more over the weekend.
