mydailyhoroscope, virus hunter, and cupid cam problems

Could anyone maybe suggest a direction I should go with this spyware? problem. I thought I had fixed this last week and at reboot all the same problems start over. After startup open IE and then wam million popups, loads programs, add desktop shortcuts, etc. Something installs a moon icon with mydailyhoroscope in my startup menu and on my desktop i get three new shortcuts cupid cams, virus hunter, and popblocker.? I have run spybot search and dest and adaware also I have a meaya popup blocker but nothing seems to work..Delete old temp files looked at my sysinfo for startup info?? didnt see much..like I said I did have a virus last week. trojan something Norton I thought got rid of it?? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT>> This is my work computer and I dont need a daily horoscope Icon on the screen every 5 mins..Have a good one..

You begin by following all the steps in this Sticky thread < READ ME FIRST: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal >

If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.
