Mydoom virus

    Another one doing the rounds, mydoom? An Email virus that once in your adress book sends it self to those on your listings. This anti virus prog.was being recommended on another site i use. Stinger anti virus. Any one heard of this and what can you recommend to counteract this latest virus?

    1. a good firewall
    2. an antivirus program which can be updated frequently
    3. do not open emails you do not know
    4. disable the preview in outlook
    5. a good spam filtering program
