Mydoom Virus?

Twice now when going to the windows update site it said i had this and just wondered how this sum-bitch is getting on here. I scan everything and keep virus definitions updated. I use firefox for everything but windows updates. Any one else getting this virus message and where the hell does it come from?

Thanx...I did and it said no virus detected...Still does not tell me how it is most commonly spread though....

Another thought occurrs. MY Doom might be hiding out in your restore points. Have you tried running your My Doom killers from safe mode with your restore points turned off?
