what a dumb site they ask for email and user name to get a new password and then the email wont arrive

 

Check carefully in any Junk/Spam folders.

 

i looked in spam

 

I've had that experience before on other similar sites so had to just do it all over again.

 

My space have not heard of that in years.

 

Sometimes, an email can take up 24-48 hours to be received. Usually happens if servers get overloaded. There have been times, where I received emails that were sent 1-2 months ago, 1-2 months later.
