Mysterious folder appeared and I can't get rid of it

There is a folder, accessed by clicking on Computer and the C Drive, which appeared a few months ago. It's name was a string of letters and numbers, but, I changed the name to WHAT IS THIS, out of frustration- and to see if it could be done.

The folder has multiple other folders, all named in numbers (1025, 1028, 1029, etc.) All the files and the main folder are "read only" and I cannot get that to change. It will not let me open the sub folders, nor can I alter the permissions on the main folder or the sub folders. It tells me I need System permission to do anything .

I don't know where this file came from, exactly, but, I know it wasn't on the computer when I bought it, I've had problems with some English hacker girl for years, and it's arrival had nothing to do with adding any programs or making any purposeful alterations of anything.

I've run anti-viral and anti-spyware programs of varying sorts, including Combofix and A-Squared and AVG, SpyBot, CCleaner, and, I tried a few programs that allegedly would force a deletion.

Can someone tell me what to do? In as plain of English as possible, because, I really don't know a lot of technical stuff or where to find everything.

Oh, I am using Windows 7, because that's what the computer came with, and it's a Toshiba computer.

Leave it alone. These type of folders are put there by Windows Update.

 

There was no update on the day, or even the week, that this file showed up. And, my computer has been acting funky and my email accounts have been being hacked ever since it did show up.

I am absolutely sure the file is from the hacker and that she is using it, somehow, to totally screw with me. So, I don't want to leave it alone. I want to know how to get rid of it!

 

I do not think this folder should be deleted.
