Name this song!

Hi Guys,

I am trying to find the name of an oldish song I used to listen to on saturday mornings, a few years ago...

Here's the only facts I know about the song, I cannot remember any lyrics, however I am sure their aint too many songs that are done in a shopping centre :

The guy was a skinny lad, around 25, or older
He was english, aka Scottish/British
He was wearing pants an a t-shirt from memory, I think a hat, not a normal yuppie hat however, one of those old man style hats.

He went up/down the elevator, down the electric stairs, just singing, a sort of pop/mellow song, and from memory he was the only one in the shop? I could be wrong.

Thats about all the information I have, I can see the clip in my head but I cannot extract anything from it, except for what I`ve just written, it was a few years ago.

If you know this song, let me know please, it's doing my head in!

Nah, I have that one, thats a guy walking down the street singing, great song BTW

This guy sings much louder, more POP in it, going everywhere throughout the shopping centre, singing...

Its there in my head, I just cant 'hear' it!
