    Hi,
I have used the freeware naomi filter.
Recently comodo bo clean has said that naomi filter is a trojan.

Is this true? Is naomi filter a malicious software of is Comodo bo clean wrong?

Also does anyone know a proven list of known freeware that are trojans?

    Thank you.

It's a false positive, been reported in Comodo forum.

Due to the nature of Naomi it would raise flags with Comodo:

Heuristic analysis capable of recognizing new material automatically.
Semantic analysis of web pages contents and analysis of their addresses and links.
    Recognizes ICRA labeling system.
Monitoring is not limited to web sites, but covers the whole local internet traffic.
    Allows blocking of file-sharing applications.

I don't use Namomi but can see how it would cause your anti to detect it. Certain programs will always be detected, if you downloaded both from MG's - I would not worry, they're safe.

They only freeware I download is from here, no reason for me to wander or take chances...if I wanted something that was not here I would just ask.
