This is funny I can't think of why Nascar thinks steeling is alright. If i was Roush i would be doing everything i could to get the person/team and bring it to light. And i don't care who you are steeling is steeling just because its siting there does not make it yours or give you the right to take it. sure maybe if its in the trash you can have it.
