Nasty Win11/notepad Bug

    Hi! I am using the version of Notepad that comes with Win11 and notice a bug in the program: when I delete the beginning of a text file, I'm also deleting the left-most part of the file. :( This didn't happen in WIn10. I'm looking for a simple replacement for Notepad. I have Notepad++ which is good for code files, but I want to edit plain text files also. Any recommendations?

    Never mind: found one. It is NotepadX. :)
