NAV can't get rid of it

I had a failed upgrade last week with Norton System works, and Internet Security 2007: Even with reinstalls, NSW would did not become fully active.
No tech support, left on hold almost an hour ,etc. So I used the removal tool.
Decided to try BitDefender which I hope will be safe for me. I have continued to find evidence of Semantic despite deleting it, and the reg entries, and I cant get rid of Norton Recycle bin at all. BD found the following: what can I do to take care of these items it couldn't remove?
