NAV uninstalling and re-installing

    While scanning my PC with Norton Professional 2004, I have some files that cannot be opened. This I beleive is either files tranferred from Outlook Express when I upgraded OS to XP, or leftover reg entries from deleted spyware/adware.
    Anyway, Symantec has instructed me (3019,3) to uninstall and reinstall NAV.
    Question, will Norton be saved on protected files if I uninstalll, or do I have to go to Symantec site to download again? :)
