Hi- I have a recent version of Firefox. I know how to clear history and have done so(including cookies). But when I begin typing an address in the navigation bar, a drop down menu appears containing the names/addresses of previously visited sites containing the letters I have started typing in the navigation bar.

How can I delete these names from the drop down menu?

    THANKS!!

Under Options, Privacy Tab, at the bottom where is has Location Bar, go to the drop down box and select Nothing then Okay.

Or if you have them saved in the Bookmarks you have too delete them from the Recently Booked marked option.
