I've been getting the Blue Screen of Death lately with the following statement "System Thread Exception Not Handled In Windows" + "What failed: NDU.sys"

    How do I fix this?

Have a look if you have any dumps in C:\Windows\Minidump. If you do, copy them to your desktop if necessary, zip them and attach the zip to your next post.
Any chance that you are using Avast and/or Malwarebytes?

Yes, I use Malwarebytes alongside AVG Free.

In the faulting thread, the third party drivers seen are mwac.sys (dated: Thu Dec 3 01:59:00 2020) which is MBAM Web Access Control and avgStm.sys (dated: Tue Dec 1 19:06:06 2020) which is AVG Stream Filter driver.

From just the one dump, it's impossible to conclude which of the above drivers is primarily at fault. As you're using Windows 10, try removing AVG and just running Windows Defender with Malwarebytes, and see if things stabilize.

Might this die or freeze to the point of no return? Should I get a new hard drive, install a new OS?
By the way, it happened again this morning before your suggestion. So they're coming rapid. Here's that zip attachment.

AVG was still the most likely cause of the BSOD in that last dump. The dump was virtually identical to the last one except Malwarebytes was not present.
    Uninstall AVG as previously suggested.
