   You shouldn't need a driver for an ide device like this, very rarely is it needed.
   But anyway, try www.driverguide.com

   Driver should be standard OS support.. have you tried this ... delete the drive from the device list and reboot and see if the OS picks up and installs the driver ( you may need the w2k cd )?
