Need a fix for Yahoo Messenger

At startup when my system tray is activating (program icons), when it gets to startup on Yahoo Messenger, I get a dialog box saying program must shut down because of illegal (?) operation.
When I open the Details it says:
YPAGER caused an invalid page fault in module YBSKIN2.DLL at 0167:636382f7.
Then it lists a series of Registers and later: Bytes at CS:EIP:
Then there is a pairing of letters and/or numbers. Then it says:
Stack dump: then a series of numbers.
I have run AVG7, RemoveIt,NoAdware,AdAware, and Spybot Search and Destroy up the wazoo without results. I even ran PConPoint, and nada. Ideas? Whovian33 (whiteturtle33@basicisp.net)

 

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling it? That would be my first step.

 

Also what version do you have maybe see if there is a later version if you uninstall.

 

Yes, I'm a living example of what Halo says. Definately do that when installing.
