Need a Proxy?

Sup y'all?
Anyway, I need some advice.

My Dad decided we should all change or hide our IP adresses every now and then after coming home from his companies "internet safety seminar".
And now he wants the whole house to have proxies or ways to change our IP addresses.

I'm not found of Proxys but if you know a good one...be my guest to inform me.
That or if you be so kind as to tell me how to change MY IP address and not everyone else's. We have a wireless router from Linkys.
I know how to get into the router, but I need to know what to do.

 

I have attached a zip file which will unzip to a folder which contains 4 articles that will tell you everything you need to know about proxy's and web anonymity. Some of the info may be a bit old, but it pretty much still applies. And here's some links:
