Need a tool stronger than Windows XP Add Remove Programs

When I run TuneUp Utilities, it recommends removing Scansoft Omnipage and Adobe Media Player. These are not listed in Add Remove Programs.

It does list MS FoxPro, but the Remove button does not work.

I need a strong program removal utility. Any recommendations? Prefer a free one, of course.

Revo has been serving me well all day yesterday and today.
Our laptop is much quicker without all of my old developer tools and accumulated programs removed.
