need a tv card recorder program

    I used to have a program that came on my VAIO that allowed me to use my tv card to watch/record tv but since i reformatted/rebuilt that system i lost the program. Do you guys know of any program like that?

    im running xp home sp2 and i cant physically look at the card at the moment, and its not registering in the device manager but in everest it shows up as this: http://www.conexant.com/products/entry.jsp?id=120

    I really need to get this thing working because i need to dl some video off of my vid cam to make a movie for school
