Need advice for a router

My ISP is no longer renting out the Netgear CG814GCMR wireless cablemodem and now have to purchase a wirless router. We were given Cisco DPC3008 modem. WHich is a good/decent router that cost a fortune.
I need something that will good for the following devices; desktop, laptop, kindle fire, Stream movies from Amazon Prime (through Sony tv),Xbox 360 and Wii. About two devices are running at the same time.
I have been looking at these two, Linksys EA2700 App-Enabled N600 Dual-Band Wireless-N Router with Gigabit and Cisco-Linksys E4200 Dual-Band Wireless-N Router. But I really don't know jack about routers, I always left it
up to my ISP.
