Need Advice

The READ ME FIRST thread cannot fix the HSA infections in most cases. If you think the HijackThis thread is over your head, you may have a heart attack when you read what is next (but it has worked hundreds if not thousands of times). It is long and may appear confusing but it is not as bad as you may first think. Quite a bit of detail is in there explaining things (but it does not completely hold your hand, that would take many pages to write up). Take a look at it and ask questions on items you do not understand BEFORE starting. You cannot start and then come back here. That would interrupt the procedure and you must be disconnected from the internet while executing it. This is Generic Solution that tries to cover all cases for all OS types. That is why it is so long. There are sometimes simplier (but still complex and long) solutions but sometimes they only work until the next reboot.
