Goldenskull I can't follow the rules

ok i have been having a bit of an issue with my Arris Touch tone phone modem arris tm502g.

It will lose connection too many times in the day.I just had this replaced last year it should not be acting up like this.

It cutts out for long time some times i have too do a Hard Boot reset some times the reset button does not work i have to disconnect the main wire and unplug it for about ten Min's.And it does not even feel hot at all.I would understand if this was a temp issue but it is not.I all so had all of the ends of the wires replaced last year that helped alot.

Now i can get into the Advance mode section.Don't ask how i just know how lol:-D

    I ran these Diagnostics test.
