    Is it only the letters "oh" and "eye" that are changed to numbers?

    I did stumble cross something similar a few years back. Now I need to figure out where I saw it and what the fix was.

    In the meantime, open control panel and keyboard and see if input locale (tab) seems normal then look in hardware(tab) and see if that looks correct.
