Need cheapest PC build to run Crysis 3 on max 30fps

I don't want anything that is unnecessary such as expensive cases and stuff like that, I want to play Crysis 3 at max 1080p with a minimum of 30fps for as cheap as possible.

I want windows7 and only need 500GB of HDD.

The cheapest way is : buy the components like CPU, screen, main board case ram， hard driver and so on from newegg then DIY a desktop.

To avoid having to buy a case, check out Goodwill Stores and Thrift shops. I can't count the number of old computer cases I have reused, and most of them from the past ten years are pretty much universal as far as the case connections go. You won't be able to pick and choose USB ports and so on . . . but it can save some bucks. Old eMachine cases are a decent choice . . . I tend to modify them for extra cooling fans, though

Check online for factory refurbished power supplies . . . Antec, OCZ, Corsair, are a few of the decent brands I have used and had much success with. Always make sure whatever power supply you get has enought wattage for the components you want to use.

Ditto for factory refurbished motherboards, hard-drives, and the like. Amazing the deals you can find if you spend some time searching.
