   Would like someone to review my Combofix log. I ran Hijackthis and saw "BHO: WormRadar.com IESiteBlocker.NavFilter" and followed instructions to Fix it and then ran Combofix.
   
   I'm not having any PC issues - I just ran across this file by chance and read that it is dangerous so I want to see what I need to do next. Thanks.
