Need Components

I am hoping that there will be people with spare components that would be willing to give away. I am in need aof a heart transplant and do not have the funds to upgrade my pc. I was given a Dell Dimension L700CXE and it is pretty slow. I did manage this week to get a 160GB Hdd and await arrival. I went to powerleap.com and they recommended the following upgrades. 1. Pentium III 1Ghz/370 socket processor. 2. Memory Stick 256mb/168 pin/133mHz. 3. Graphics card 128mb/PCI. 4. USB 2.0 + Firewire. 5. Sound card. Anyone willing to part with any of these items would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any and all help. John
