Need Driver for HP Laserjet 4 (on XP Home)

I have an antique HP Laserjet 4 printer (but a good one) that I have hooked up to my XP Home computer. (It was running on Win98 on another machine).

No matter what I try I can't seem to get the add printer wizard to locate the right driver (it keeps saying HP 4100 series) and the printer complains "W2 Invalid Pers"

First I need the driver and how do I know it is the right one? (I looked through the driver downloads but it might as well be Swahili for all that I understood).
