Need driver for MATSHITA UJ-832D running with XP

    Hello.

    I'm having trouble with my DVD player. I get a message saying "Windows cannot load the device driver. The driver may be corrupted or missing. Code 39." It seems I need the Matshita for my laptop to start recognizing my DVD player again.
    Could you please tell me where to find it?

    Thanks go to Adrynalyne for posting a clear set of instructions about the upper and lower filters. You read posts where people tell you that you need to do this but don't explain how.
    I'm glad all is working again.
