need driver no internet

I have a samsung epic phone but do not have internet at home. I'm having trouble getting my computer to recognize the phone because I can't download the driver. Is there any way I can get the driver onto my computer from my phone?

 

In short. No. There is no file management utility on the phone for doing such a thing. If you have a friend with internet, you could download the driver to a thumb drive on his system, and walk it over to your system.
