   I have this mp3 I recieved for christmas recently but I lost the software disc that came with it. I have since formated my machine and now it registers as an unknown device and I can't find the drivers. I am hoping someone here has the drivers or knows where to find them cause I want to put new music on my mp3 player.
   
   OS : Windows 98SE

   a fair amount of the time the Firmware upgrade software for these RCA Mp3 players also updates the drivers http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/Cultures/en-US/Downloads.html?ProductID=RD2317
   
   if not I would contact RCA support and ask or a replacement CD.
