Need Guidance Setting Up Easus Todo Scheduled Incremental Backups

I did a successful backup of 700GB of my PC’s D(Data) partition to an external 2TB drive which took about 1.5 hours

To reach the four data folders I have backed up to my external drive (my docs, my pics, my videos & my music) I have to click down thru several folders as follows

Data Disk Backup>Data Files>D>Data Files

The Data Files Folder contains a file _20161118_Full_v1>

When I click on that file Data Files_20161118_Full_v1a D: icon appears

and finally when I click on the D icon my 4 backed up folders appear

My questions:

How do I now set up incremental backups on a weekly basis? I am somewhat confused as to what choices steps to take after looking at the easus screen below
Will the incremental backup take long if only one or two GB have been added since the full backup
