Need head alignment script for Quantum DLT8000

I am searching for the head alignment script for a quantum DLT8000 drive firmware V089. I have searched high and low but I haven't been able to find it.

If someone out there has it or knows where I can get it that would be awesome.

 

There is nothing about alignment in the manual, but it does say

Are you saying the head is so far out of alignment that it does not calibrate? If so, that would be a mechanical adjustment, and probably requires a special alignment. This assumes the head is not simply worn out through years of tape running across it.

Unfortunately, Quantum no longer offers any support for that unit and I can't find anything in their KB for it.
