Need help but don't know where to post issue/s

Hello all,

I need help in the following areas but since Im only a novice user, I have no idea where to post or how to fix these:

1.My Mobile/Cell phone USB not working (I even bought new usb cords). Computer saying 'this device is not working'.
2.Can't re install my Norton Antivirus 360 CD, after Windows XP re installment, but... other CD's work fine.
3.Can't transfer photos or Docs to Blank CD at all.
4.In device manager, I have a yellow Question mark on on: "MultiMedia controller"


Can Admin please point me to the right areas for these issues please or someone. (I've posted a pic of my D/Manager)

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me.
I tried clicking on the link "Download hardware vendor detection utility", but there seems to be no site coming up?
For the first part of your post: Specs..... I am not quite sure what to do here, can you please give me very simple/basic instructions, I'm not good understanding inside & out of a computer, sorry very novice user here.
The third part of your post, ummm, where do I find these drivers, & how do I get them? sorry have no clue what they are...

So I clicked on the Hardware Vendor Detection & have no clue as to what to do there. I took a printscreen shot of it.. please help :-o
