need help changing my isp

    i have got a new isp but can't figure out where i can change the ip adress when i start a new connection i t only wants to let me use dial up and the configure button is unable to change it can you help me?

    Which ISP?

    Are you now broadband or still dialup?

    If broadband, what hardware are you using to connect to the internet with USB modem, Router etc

    Did your ISP give you a software CD to run and instructions?

    Which Windows or Operating System you using?

    i'm using broad band, it's a isp in south america called iplan i'm using the moden that the company gave me and they also didi not give me any soft ware for instructions thanks
