Need Help...Computer is Goofy Bad

I need some help. I have run virus scan, spybot s and d, adaware se, cw shredder and also trend micro housecall. I am having probs with IE closing down, computer freezing up and also computer running real slow. Any suggestions? I have hijack this and can post a log if you like.

Thank u Major for your help. I have run everything that was mentioned in the tutorial that you referred me to except for about:Buster. I could not run that because it would not download properly. It kept telling me that it was corrupted and to dl again...but the same thing each time i tried. How am i to know if all of these things worked? Do you need to see a hijack this log to see if anything looks funny?

 

I was finally able to dl and run the about:Buster. Now, back to the previous post, what do I do now to make sure that everything is fixed?
