Have someone who works on an pplication remotely via terminal services.
Almost every day files that they have worked on are dissappearing, sometimes while they are actually in the file a message will pop up saying job no longer exists.

You would think bad software but she is the only user who is experiencing this problem.

Its terminal services so we can rule out the local PC and think maybe its the server. But again she is the only user this is happening to.

Ok so maybe its a dodgy profile.

Problem with that is she has used a collegues profile for a couple of weeks while he was away and same problem.

Her boss has sat there and watched her work on a job and see it dissappear with his own eyes and assures me that its not operator error, she did everything she was supposed to do in the right order etc etc.

I'm completely lost, the only common items in the process are the user, the keyboard and the mouse. Having seen the 3 step process it would take for the user to delete the job from the application its highly unlikely that a malfunctionijng input device could generate the right key sequence/combination to delete a job accidentally. Which leaves the user, and as I said she's doing everything right.
