need help finding a company.

they make atvs, but more along the lines of on-road atvs. (which wouldn't make it much of an atv i guess.)

most of their models look like regular atvs except they are much lower to the ground, they have very wide axels, and much wider wheels. their wheels are also much more slicker. the only thing i can think of is their company name has something like "polar" (no, its NOT polaris) or "ice" or something.

please help if you can!
