need help first DRM movie

    I got FaF 6 Blu ray and im trying to get the UV version set up and it goes to the upgrade security component site and the upgrade button is grayed out. i have googled it and everything doesnt work, also i dont have a drm folder in "programdata/microsoft/windows" but i did in the programdata folder( i figure cause i never had a drm protected movie). So can someone help me out ?

    Hi

    At times its best to not use acronyms as not all of us will work of what they mean, FaF6 for instance, I had to do a quick search as it could have been anything (Fast and Furious 6 is the title I guess). Not criticising just mentioning as members will bypass your post if they cannot work out what you and talking about, so worth giving is as much info as possible


    What Windows version and Service Pack are you using?
    Are you logged in as the admin or have admin rights on that PC?

    Some info HERE that should help you out. Follow this and if still not getting anywhere let us know and let us know if you get any errors and what they are.
