CCleaner has one of the best start-up managers that I can think of. It lists entries shown in MSCONFIG (and gives you the option to DELETE them), as well as everything in the current user's startup folder. To use it, please do the following:

    1. Open CCleaner
    2. Select the 'Tools' section
    3. Press the 'Startup' button

Here, you will see everything that runs at startup for your profile, and easily delete what is not necessary!

You may also want to visit the how to disable unnecessary services thread, as this will show you how to stop Windows from loading programs of its own!

To be honest you have very few processes running and the ones that are are very necassary!!! The only unusual one I can see there is the top one, it seems to be an Adware monitor but the rest are essential to basic operating. Therefore be careful of what you want/try to remove. I currently have 35 processes running (compared to your 23) but many of these are security. If you want better fuction or possible speed then get some more RAM but don't strip your barebones OS unless you really know what your doing!
