Need help hard drive problem

    I just bought a seagate 300gb and i can get all the gbs out of it i only got 127 plz help i am a newb

    What OS are you running with M/Board specs, as some OS will not support it and same goes with the mother board

    why are you posting the same problem over again? your gonna get a big boot if you continue to do this type of stuff; SPECIALLY since the post is like 3 clicks down.

    totally ignoring the other guys here;

    I'm assuming you're running Windows XP, if so: install Service Pack 1 at a minimum, XP can't recognize more than 127GB without Service Pack 1.
