Need help identifying parts I've been given

I am using a sadly abused Compaq Presario 6000 with AMD Athlon 1800+, (250w case, but soon to be upgraded) and have been given an ATI card with a Radeon chip. It has DVI, video, and D-Sub out. I think it is 64Mb, RV25XT? I think it may be just what I need to run a second monitor. However, I cannot identify exactly what card it is, all there is is a serial number. I don't want to fit it if it may be unsuitable. Anyone know how to find out what it may be, as the ATI site was less than useless! After that, I'm ok, just don't want to use it for making toast!
I also got in the same package a Creative Labs Audigy Soundblaster frontispiece and card, similar problem, though it does have model numbers on it, SB 0010 & SB 0090. If I can identify that one, I can download instructions.
Without resorting to manufacturers extortion, or waiting for an email that never comes, or spending two weeks of my holiday searching the net... There must be a better way, please.

the video card is most likely some flavor of Radeon 9000.

the sound card sounds like a vanilla Soundblaster Audigy w/ firewire.

That's near enough, I had seen in my investigations that some cards don't like some boards, and this would be neither. Two heads and all that. And the Audigy instructions will be similar for that range. (Did I mention I did fit it once, but it would not work at all, so removed it. It was then I found the rest of the connecting leads - yes, I'm blonde, my excuse and sticking to it - :D)
    Thanks a lot.

My thanks also to hopperdave2000, who has provided the correct ID, with a picture and a link to a site I will find most useful in the future, I'm sure. Now waiting in anticipation for payday for the new case! (250w just ain't gonna do it, and need the extra slots up front)
