Have you checked your screen refresh rate? What about tweaking your monitor settings (using the physical buttons on the monitor to adjust onscreen menu settings that allow you to adjust the image height and width, for example)?

If your new graphics card includes the ATI Catalyst suite you may be able to adjust some of these settings with the Catalyst software. Your mouse traveling off the screen would seem to indicate that the image being displayed is too large to fit on the screen and tweaking the monitor settings and/or changing the refresh rate may help: right click on desktop, choose "Properties", click on the "Settings" tab, and then click on the "Advanced" button, then select the "Monitor" tab. Then be sure that the box labelled "Hide modes that this monitor cannot display" is checked (to make sure you don't select a refresh rate that might damage your monitor). Then select a different refresh rate than the one currently shown in the small window -- e.g. if currently the refresh rate is 85 Hz, then drop down to 75 or 72 Hz and see if that resizes your screen image appropriately. And then, if you're in the ballpark, you can tweak the monitor settings with the monitor buttons and onscreen display.

lol, I don't get what the pics mean but let's start from the basic stuf. Do you have the latest drivers installed?

yeah the pic did not work so well but i have fixed most problems

i changed settings to set the graphics card as the defult monitor and there are no other monitors enabled (that i can see)

now because of that everything works but everything that happens on screen before the welcome screen happens on the onbored graphics everything after happens on the graphics card

what was wrong was it thought my onbored graphics was the defult monitor and the graphics card was monitor 2 but i fixed that
