Need help maximizing/optimizing (O.C.) a gaming system.

Been a while since I last posted and have been out of the technology circuit, and into the kitchen.

But anyways, I have a buddy's systems I want to tune up, and need some advise. This rig is mainly for gaming. High performance games and large MMORPGs, not really looking for Max O.C. but more of an optimization. I just don't know/forgot what programs to use and all the math to figure how the timings and speeds correlate between each piece of hardware. I can supply more info on request.
