need help Monitor problems

hey u guys thanks for viewing

ok this what happen

i was playing warcraft 3 FT then i exit the game, i went to go get some food and stuff for like 20 mins

i come back monitor is in sleep mode

i move mouse monitor comes on and has a faded outline of everything (icons mouse cursor, text, mostly everything) then im like huh?

i turn monitor off and turn it back on

the faded outlines get worse not theres a lot more about 5 lined up right beside the icons and all.

i have no idea what happen if i can i will take pictures when it is at its worse but right now there is only 1 outline so u cant really see it

HELP PEOPLE IS IT MY MONITOR? I HAVE a 19inch AMW CM1997PF help me before i spend 200 on a viewsonic monitor (i heard viewsonic is really good)

Can you try the monitor on another pc to be sure it's the monitor?

 

im for sure its the monitor it is doing it again maybe i can take a quick pic!!!!

BOTH MOUSE AND ICONS i use trillian and it even has them on the trillian TEXT!

i really do think it is monitor, feel free to post ur opinions on what i should do

yup, u see i thought it was my gfx too. so i uninstaled drivers, reinstalled with new drivers. i ge tthe same problem.

 

i have a GEforce FX - 5200 256mb all drivers updated correctly

i havent tried hooking this monitor up to a diff comp yet i prob will
