need help on cod4

    Hi there I am having problems with my call of duty 4 i just bought off STEAM and it keeps saying i have mile sound problems and i dont have a driver and i don't have sound at all now i have to buy a network card for internet for my comp and no i dont have sound and my cod4 doesn't work it is 100% complete from steam. Thanks need help
