Need help Outlook Express...

    Outlook Express works fine to download new emails and send new emails but I really do not know what is going on Hijackthis shows nothing wrong and I saw no viruses, but when you click on a new email the viewing pane does not display anything, and if you go down to it with your mouse it turns to an hourglass, AVG is on the system but I disabled all of its loading functions to see if that was it but it still does it.

    Help me please.
