need help picking out a new vid card.

    well i wanna order from either tigerdirect or newegg.

    max res i play at it 1024X768. i would like to say with a geforce. i wanna upgrade from my 6600 256mb. "want more fps with more eye candy on.

    I got a problem helping you. I dont like Leadtek, never heard of Appolo. Xfx cards are supposed to be good. May I suggest you back up and look for brand name BFG? Brand loyalty is a big thing to many.

    These cards are safely overclocked, I have owned a few of them and are reasonably priced, so you might get more bang for your buck:

    how about that? looks to proform good and from what i seen you can unlock it to 16/6 and flash it to a X800xtpe

    also do the card from new egg listed as open box oem work? they just dont come with the extras? and will this work with my nvidia chip set?

    i dont know how to edit so i'll just post it here. the card will be water cooled with a Maze3.

    the cpu is a sempron 2500+ oc'ed from 1.4ghz to 2.4ghz also on water. temps are 25c idle 31c load after prime for 6 hours.
