need help. please somebody can help me to read my combofic log?

Hello, i have a big problem with my computer.
its restart alone sometimes (never know when) but mostly when i am on microsoft outlook looking my mail or in the internet explorer.
i add here the log from combofix.

i explain you my problem.
1) i got a big problem with my work computer, its restart alone like i said, when i go to internet explorer or mostly when i am in microsoft outlook especially when i open .pps files...
2) my computer restart so often (every 3 or 5 minutes....) that it was impossible to work on it... then i did a system restore which didnt work... so i did Acronis recovery (i did a backup a month before).
3) i couldnt fix the problem after searching a month or 2, so format computer and install everything back... same problem...
4) i thought about something hardware... i bring computer to a computer repair shop... which said maybe its Ram slot or motherboard... after testing ramslot he concluded its motherboard.... so I bought a new computer... (begining of january 2010)
5) now I have new computer, new system.... and same problem i am completely lost....
What can i do??? in which category of topic publishing this?? i am not sure?? it is hardware problem? i dont think so... it is software problem??

when i do Nod32 scan (my antivirus) find nothing, Bitdefender (online scan)find nothing, AdAware find nothing... its like my computer is clean...
