Need help please.

first of all, sorry if this is the wrong section of forums? :confused

ive had problems with lime wire and other downloading clients.... when i open them the bar is on 0 and when i try to " connect to the network" it disconnects me almost instantly.... ive been through my fire wall settings etc and its all Fine.

im having this problem with BearShare limewire...vuze... all the same problem, i cant search / download anything. it used to all work fine but suddenly stopped working about a month or 2 ago.... i cant go another week without new music :cry lol
